Origin of Indian Mental health service

Sorry, I am not expert to speak about this issue as I have not done any research on this area. But based on my own experience, I am trying to give you some insight. These principles are: 1. Self-awareness 2. Autonomy 3. Creativity 4. Trust 5. Self evaluation And the nature is of two types : Physical and Psychological. Physical nature refers to natural surroundings like Khiti (land), aup (water), tej (energy), marut (air) and Byom (sky). All these are unbounded, multidimensional and more complex.
