How did I design the seminar ?
After success of my seminar on schedule design, I like to share some of my thoughts. Just after thinking of the seminar, I started reading on the topic and found few areas are highly overlooked in the PG level of psychology and education. These areas are non response and scaling dissimilarity in schedule. Next, I met Professor B.K. Sinha for his advice. He appreciated my ideas and told me that he would be present in the seminar in spirit as he would be out of station. With his blessing, I sent my request to the Director for approval. Initially, it returned and then I met our Prof-in-charge for the same. He guided me. Finally it was approved. I prepared one web site for the announcement and sent letters to the universities but I did not get enough response by this postal mail system. Finally, during long procession of CPM, I took taxi and personally met all the HOD of universities and institutes. Gradually, I got very good response from different participants.
