On 15th September, 2005, General assembly of United Nations adopted five goals: 1. Values and Principles: "We reaffirm that our common fundamental values, including freedom, equality, solidarity, tolerance, respect for all human rights, respect for nature and shared responsibility, are essential to international relations". 2. Development: "We reaffirm our commitment to eradicate poverty and promote sustained economic growth, sustainable development and global prosperity for all." 3. Peace and collective security: "We therefore reaffirm our commitment to work towards a security consensus based on the recognition that many threats are interlinked, that development, peace, security and human rights are mutually reinforcing,best protect itself by acting entirely alone and that all States need an effective and efficient collective security system pursuant to the purposes and principles of the Charter." 4. Human rights and the rule of law "We reaffir
