Institutional Clusters to improve Academic activities To: IndianPsychologists @yahoogroups. co.in Date: Tuesday, 7 July, 2009, 7:55 AM This regional inequality can be controlled by formation of psychology cluster. Cluster can be formed in considering expertise on specific field. For example, cognitive psychology cluster will be formed with Allahabad, Benaras, Delhi, Mysore, Bhubaneswar and Calcutta university. Clinical psychology cluster will be formed with departments providing M.Phil in clinical psychology. Departments providing knowledge above the post graduation can be incorporated in this cluster based on their expertise. So, NIMHANS, CIP, IITs, IIMs, ISI., IISC, TISC, XIBM, XISS will get entry in this cluster. The function of cluster will be inter exchange of faculties, PG students and Research fellows for training and development in need based areas.
