EIGHTY THIRD ANNUAL REPORT (April 2014-2015) 1. TEACHING AND TRAINING : One student of B.Stat-3rd Year opted Psychology. He successfully completed both theoretical and practical papers in the B.stat. examination. He was mentored by the faculty and Sr. Research fellows of the Unit. 2. RESEARCH AND OTHER SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES 2.1 Innovative Self-efficacy of school teachers:   The innovative self-efficacy is one’s own capability to perform innovative task effectively to attain certain desired goals. Objectives of the study are (a) to develop a scale for assessing innovative self-efficacy of school teachers, and (b)  to find out whether school climate or the innovative self-efficacy factors are important for innovation in teaching. One 25-item Likert type rating scale was constructed to assess five domains of Innovative Self-efficacy and it was administered to 300 (male=96 and female=104) secondary school teachers of both private and government schools.
