23.1.2010 Good morning and very happy New Year!.Today is the birth centenary day of the great freedom fighter- Netaji Subhash Chundra Bose. Let stand up for 1 minute to show our tribute to him. Netaji taught us how to be self-efficacious person by scanning and regulating the environment to achieve the goal. I am praying that through this workshop , you will be able to be self efficacious in measuring psychological test characteristics using SPSS. I am thankful to my dear colleague Shri Kranti Srivastava, the chief of Prasad Psycho Corporation, for giving me privilege to share my research studies to the interested research workers and faculties of Delhi and adjoining states. Yesterday, I visited the office of PPC and noted a very good academic climate and systematic storage of Indian and foreign psychological instruments. I am thankful to Ms. Zehra khan, event manager of this workshop. I can understand how much toil she had to organize in Delhi. I am also thankful to other members of PP
