STRESS MANAGEMENT :SCIENTIFIC PSYCHOLOGICAL TECHNIQUE
Stress is the major cause for all mental,physical and psychosomatic disorders.Stress is due to NEGATIVE THINKING. Stress is also increasing day by day. Assess yourself.

- Other effective techniques like environmental manipulation,desensitization,autosuggestion,complimenting others and self will also be taught.
